On October 19,2024.the Benson Adeyemi Foundation successfully conducted a medical outreach in Oke Ila,Osun State.To provide essential medical services to the community and promote health awareness.
The team comprised of 3 doctors,3 nurses,1 pharmacists,1 ophthalmologist,3 volunteers and 4 other team members.
The outreach offered health services such as blood pressure checks and random blood sugar check.In addition to these health assessments,a variety of medications were dispensed based on the needs identified during checks.
The outreach program provided assistance to a total of 149 individuals, comprising 104 females and 45 males, aged between 12 and 105 years.
The community extended their heartfelt appreciation to Benson Adeyemi Foundation for the provision of free medications, acknowledging the financial relief it offered. The program concluded at 5:30 pm.
The Oke Ila medical outreach, undertaken by the Benson Adeyemi Foundation, proved to be a vital and impactful endeavor. It provided essential healthcare services to a considerable number of community members. This report serves as a testament to the foundation’s dedication to promoting community health and well-being.
